one morning back in november 2018 i woke up and could not get out of bed i was so exhausted to the point it took alot out of me just to get up and take a shower. i thought it was just depression bc i suffered from anxiety and occasional depression and i thought it would blow over. from that day, it turned into weeks that turned into months. its now been 8 months since and not a day has passed by that i wasnt tired. some days im less tired than others but nonetheless, im still tired. no matter how many hours i sleep, tired. i also have random swollen lymph nodes from time to time, sometimes i feel fluish or have a low fever without a visible infection. (i go to doctors kind of often btw) i have headaches. its just awful for me. recently i started working out and doing cardio and vigorous exercises and ive noticed my body feels weaker and the exhaustion is overwhelming at this point. i slept for 12 hours today and woke up feeling dizzy and out of it as though i am sleep deprived. pls tell me could this be cfs? im never diagnosed with anything its always just take vitamins. no energy drinks can ever make me feel normal again.

Hi, has your doctor done routine blood tests to rule out anything other than CFS? Best to ask for a full blood test and take it from there. You may be Vitamin D deficient, which is easily rectified with supplements. Good luck. Mary x
