Could this be cold sores or herpes or something else?

so this pass week I noticed little bumps near my lips and don't know if its something I should worry about or not . I notice the bumps once I took my mask off I don't know if its cause I wore my mask on all day or from licking my lips to much I'm sorry if I'm wasting your time but I'm new to this whole herpes and cold sore things so I have no I idea how these stuff look like on lipsimage
