Could this be crones?

I’m just wondering really as I’ve been having problems for a year now. I ended up with a stone or sludge getting stuck in biliary duct a year ago. I’ve had no stones since but constant pain, in gallbladder area but now other pain and problems have started. I’ve been referd to this gastrointerologists for the 6th April as after doing loads of test they have ruled out the gallbladder. My pain is in my stomach and feels like I’ve been kicked in there.  The pain is mainly right sided, but now has travelled to my appendix area where there is constant pain, I’m doubled over with it quite frequently. I’m either constipated or have dioreah and have mucus in my stool. I’ve lost over 3 and a half stone in total as struggling to eat because of all the pain and nausea I get daily. I get bloating, trapped wind, but mainly  the pain that I’m massively struggling with. I’m also have extreme tiredness every day, no matter how much sleep I get. If any one could shed any light on this would greatly appreciate it. I also had an endoscopy a while back just to look in my gut and that came back normal. No biopsies were taken but they said everything looked fine.
