Could this be e.g. herpes or just regular changes in vagina? GRAPHIC PHOTO

Especially the part right below my vaginal opening has these little thingies. Usually not even noticable but every once in a while they seem a little harder with some combined itchiness (have always quite succesfully treated as yeast infection...). Now again feeling a bit "off" and the little bumps are more noticable along with my vaginal opening/hymen being very milky white! Should I worry?

those skin like growths are vp and common around the opening they can grow around the labia to if u have discharge it could be normal as it can be milky white throughout your cycles it can from clear to sticky to white at different times usually if its accompanied by a smell and itching its a sign of infection such as bv or yeast

hey ~ six months later I am back again! after doing some research on vp I settled for it as being my case (esp as I have had even obgyns say the bumps are normal before), and started thinking maybe I just hadn't been paying much attention to their placement before.

However, I feel like everything looks quite different now and has grown. What do you think, is this kind of change normal? Every time these concerns arise they're congruent with some yeast-infection like symptoms, and I can really "feel" the part where the most tubular ones are growing at the very end by the fold. I also just ended antibiotics for a UTI.

      Thanks!!

everything still looks like normal VP. if you just ended an antibiotic sometimes they can get rid of good bacteria in the vagina causing a yeast infection
