Could this be endomentis

During my last three periods I have been in extreme pain so bad ended up in accident and emergency and two occassionoccasions bloods taken have revealed inflamation at the same time. I have had lower back and pelvic pain starting a few days before hand and then afterwards it's bad and calms a little bit but I still have pelvic and abdominal pain in between cycles. I am going back to my gynceologiet very soon I have already had one laposalaposacry which found an adhesion but I am still havihaving issues
