Could this be fibroids

Hi I'm 39 years old and last year had some worrying ovarian cancer symptoms including bloating and lower back and ovaries pain with a heavy feeling in womb pressing on my bladder.I also missed a period.I had bloods took including ca125 and transvaginal ultrasound which which both came back fine and as the problem seemed to ease after a few weeks i just put it down to one of those things.Fast forward to now i haven't had a period for 8 weeks and been in awful pain in lower back and ovaries with a heavy feeling in womb pressing on my bladder and need a wee all the time.Doctors took a urine sample which showed high nitrites, leucocytes, ketones, protein and blood in urine so gave me a course of antibiotics believing it was a uti,the symptoms didn't go so he tried me with a different course which again has done nothing.Doctor has taken bloods which came back fine.Ca125 now 15 was 11 last year and I am awaiting another transvaginal ultrasound but am slowly feeling like I'm having a nervous breakdown.I've been reading so much and hoping its just an ovarian cyst, fibroid or endometriosis but most of these say people suffer heavy bleeding where as i have never had that i have missing periods.I keep thinking surely the symptoms for ovarian cancer wouldn't pop up last year then go away for a year and come back but maybe it goes inactive for a while I'm not sure. I would really appreciate anyone whos had similar symptoms and been cleared of anything sinister to reply to me.I am well aware no one can diagnose me but just feel maybe other people could have been through the same and could make me feel slightly more at ease.Thankyou.
