Could this be fungus or parasite???

ive seen many drs and all in total about 30 or more visits. they all tell me this is hymenal tissue. i know it is not that it only appeared about 2 yrs ago (this was also right after new sexual partner) it itches constantly i have tried every home remedy out there oils, antifungals. i have bought ivermectin online as well as different antibiotics to try and see if anything at all would work. there did seem to be slight change after taking the ivermectin but not much. im thinking of now buying an antifungal tablet to try next. i have soent hundreds of dollars on this if not near 1000 or more trying to treat it on my own. i took a urine test which was looked at under a microscope and they told me i had kleibeselli pneumonia in my urine. there has also recently been white and brown marks in my throat. one of the photos has altered coloring just so i could try to see what i was seeing there. any help appreciated i feel like a secondary infection is just going to take me out at some point ive already had this for yrs
