Could this be gluten intolerance?

i have been ill for about 4 years. started off feeling nausous ocastionlly,ibs ,going lightheaded, low b12 levels and just felling generally unwell and even fainting a few times when i have never fainted before.over the next year began to feel nausous constantly and a constant discomfort in my upper abdomen, reflux, headaches, somtimes joint pain fatigue and constant bloating.

i have had a endoscopy (but dont they did a biopsy for coeliac) , x ray of abdomen, ct and blood tests. but they can not find any thing wrong.

    have you had biopsies, it's the only way to know, insist on it, i had to! i am 46, it's taken a massive toll on my life, don't let it do it to you.
