I cant really tell in this picture, its not focused well. How many are there? Based on the pus and the fact that it was there for a month it sounds like an ingrown hair. Typically herpes would progress on its own, with different stages of it lasting a couple days each. It would likely never remain a solid single bump for that long just to result in filling with pus. Sound like an infected hair follicle or pore!

Thats okay its normal to worry! Herpes can present itself different in a lot of different people. However I am more than 90% sure this isnt it. If it is bothering you and not healing well it wouldnt hurt to see a doctor for piece of mind! and afterall an infected hair follicle is still an infection and maybe an antibiotic is needed... If its not on your actual vulva you can put some antibiotic ointment on it, just try not to get it on your vagina. Or a warm salt soak in a bath tub can help with healing it... Also keep the area as dry and clean as possible, avoid sweating, shaving and tight clothes.
