Out of no where, after hiking i noticed this patch of red bumps on my inner thigh and scrotum. Its not painful. Doesnt itch. I Hiked in extreme heat all day so I thought it was jock itch or hear rash but now after looking online im freaking out. it didnt blister. Just red bumps and after 3 days its started to flake.
Im losing my mind please help! Pictures are 3 days old.

Thats what im hoping for. One day they just appeared out of no where. But its healing/flaking like herpes and of course when i google herpes theres tons if pics that look like this. I cant see a dr until next week and am freaking out. Wish i had pics from day 1-3.

herpes doesnt flake!? it blisters and then just goes away or scabs.

You need to calm down that is not genital herpes, it is chaffing caused by your hike . Apply a non scented cream to the area 2-3 times a day and within a week it should be gone.
Have you had a new sexual partner recently? if yes, then it would be worth a visit to your doctors for a sexual health screening but based on your image alone there is nothing alarming going on.

It seems to be getting worse! I cant get into a doctor until next week. do herpes spread like this? Its really itchy. Please help! Any advice or opinions are really appreciated thank you guys. Just really worried. Ive slept with a "questionable" girl about a month ago. Hope its not coming back to haunt me

i have the same problem but went to the dr several times and did std check. i do a lot of walking at work thru out the day. it happens after sex. its very itchy and some of the spots are painful but no blisters that ooze or crust. did your go away ? File size is too big
