Could this be herpes?

These cluster of bumps appeared on my arm about 2 months ago. They are also on other parts of my arm. It doesn't itch but it really does raise my concerns imageimage

    absolutely not herpes..... on your arm? if youre sexually active i would just look up some common std facts for your own safety.

    ive gotten this little rash too on my arm before. maybe heat rash
