Could this be herpes!?????!!

I shaved about 3 days ago, I noticed a little pain at the spot after I shaved there but I ignored it til yesterday I noticed itching and a bump that looked like a pimple so I tried to bust it which was hard to do because when I squeezed it, I also kinda scratched it too. It hurt but it burst and I seen only blood, today I noticed it only hurts just a little but its a hair next to it that itches when i rub my finger over it and I don't have any more bumps just this one. It has been moist there because I'm on my period but I'm wondering should it kinda hurt this long or could it be herpes. I made a appt but it's not til next week. Also I believe I shaved too soon, usually I wait a week or more.

what does it look like? this is how it looked the next day, I went to urgent care the doctor said its a infected hair follicle
