Could this be herpes

Last week I had sex and I felt some tearing. I some cuts and actual openings and refrained from sex to allow it to heal. Then I started to get some discharge and weird order and was thinking it was bacterial vaginosis. It's been very difficult to pee as those tears were healing...which still aren't healed and has been the longest and most painful recovery. Since this tearing has been more severe than in the past I decided to do research and came across herpes symptoms. As of yesterday I had swelling of the glands in the groun area....I was stressing out like crazy but then decided to stop worrying because sometimes I'm sore around my period...also nothing was I had looked like the pics I saw online and had no blisters...until this morning....I now have about 5 blisters. They still don't look like any of the pics as they are not clustered. I'm going to upload some pics and would appreciate your input. Really..,I feel like it's herpes and I'm so upset that this is happening!

And how do I post pics??

I haven't had an actual OB but I had all the symptoms of H which included headaches, sore muscles, tingling sensations down there, clear watery discharge, lower back pain, fever, everything else but the OB but I guess this can be. considered as an OB. I'm sorry you're going through this as it is terrifying but eventually the only thing after the OB is acceptance n coming to love yourself. Hopefully others on this site will give u more insight than I can at this point.

And idk how to upload pics but I've heard it's easier through a desk top computer.

im on my laptop and where you post your discussion or comment they have a 'bold, italize, smiley face, and image' button .. but when im mobile i have no idea how to do it..

it does sound quite alot like herpes.. especially the discharge and the weird foul odor.. that tends to happy when you cant completely clean out the infected area ..

i know washing up down there can be really painful .. least it was for me , especially since everything was so swollen ..

you should defintely get an swab done asap .. so they can give you a complete diagnosis .. more then likely you have herpes.. what time is what the doctors can tell you .

you should defintely talk to your previous partner(s) and find out if any of them have a past with cold sores..

I've had previous partners most which I used protection with and some a few years ago that I didn't. The person I'm with I have not used protection as we're in a relationship and he's never had any symptoms. What are the chances that I got it from during the last 2 months and have shown symptoms....or would I have already contracted it from someone else but symptoms are just appearing now?

So I've gone to the doctor and she's pretty certain that it is herpes. She said that I likely recenteclry got in contact with the virus because of the severity...so does this mean that my partner carries it even though he's never had an outbreak...or did I already have it but the tearing during sex cause it to appear?

After first I was very upset but after doing much research and actually understanding more of what herpes is and how it's more of a skin condition than anything else...I'm not as affected as I thought. My partner has also been super supportive can't wait till this goes away so things can be more of how they were prior....I think his support and lack of judgment is helping tremendously. Also, 1:4 have the virus according to my dr...obviously we're just not aware of its prevalence because no one talks about it.
