Could this be herpes

hello, recently a ex messaged me who suffers from Narcissist personality disorder. he claims I gave him herpes, none of my previous partners have said this to me, I do remember him being prone to coldsores is it possible he gave himself it or for me to have caught it from him having a coldsore?

I called the clinic but they said as I'm currently having no symptoms they can't test for it, I did take some pictures of some rashes I got recently that have been of concern one in particular its close to my privates in the part kinda where there's a crease between the leg and bits, it could also be chaffing or a rash from poor hygiene as I did go into such a depressed state when I had it I wasn't taking care of myself properly. I'll include an image below, please could you advise me on what to do, I asked my GP but they don't handle it and the sti clinic says they can only test by swabing a blister

Doesn't look like herpes. This is some kind of rash.

While herpes can lay dormant, it is not possible to "reinfect" each other. There is a blood test that can show if you have the anti-bodies for HSV and the type! That photo does not look like herpes, it looks like a rash.

you can request a blood panel and test for HSV. it will only tell you if you have or have once had HSV and which type; 1 or 2.

your photo does not resemble herpes.... at all.
