Could this be herpes? I'm so scared

For a few months I've been experiencing a yeast infection which tends to be bad sometimes but usually is mild however my vagina is always red and I notice tiny little white spots. I have itching all the time and have fissures when it gets bad.. but the strange thing is my symptoms sometimes subside but never really go away.. I also have very thick white discharge and sometimes yellow. I'm very scared, I tested negative for ghonorhea and chlamydia, hiv.. but I did not test for anything else. and idk what it could be. It didn't happen until after I had sex with this one guy.. so I'm kinda scared that it could be herpes because itching and discharge is a symptom. I have not seen any sores just really bad irritation. Help idk what this might be !!! sad

I haven't had painful urination or sores yet. But I'm so worried bc my partner who I should of never slept with told me he had it. And I'm for sure I probably have it since every health care professional said it's so easy to contract. And he was laughing that he gave it to me.
