Could this be herpes or follicular is?

4 days ago out of no where i got these bumps on my vulva. They were not blisters before and i feel like they just came up and started hurting instantly. yhey do not itch and they only hurt and at times burn when they were messwd with. such as when my panties rub them or i wipe after going pee.

i used md live through my insurance and sent them photos the firat dr i spoke to said he thought it was not herpes but that it was folliculitis from me ahaving and prescribed me bactrim 2x a day for 10 days. the next day i made a new appointment with web md and the female i spoke to stated that although the sores them selves do not look herpetic that my symptom of burning and pain is that of herpes . she said she can also see it being folliculutis. . i have a appointment monday afternoon with my gyn but im so stressed out .
