Could this be herpes or something else more serious?

So for the longest time I've had two bumps like these. I thought they were just skin tags at first because they were always there. Its probably been a year since I've noticed the first two bumps. Recently I shaved and hidden underneath were more bumps. I know I've never had this many. It was always just the two. I've only ever had sex with one person and that was my ex girlfriend. The last time I had sex with her was sometime in November 2022. It's just weird to me that 4-5 months have past since I last had sex and I have all these bumps in my genital area. Could anyone help me out?

    Yes, looks concerning in regards to herpes. Best advice, get into the doctors office and ask for a SWAB test when you have active sores or other herpes symptoms.

    itching

    burning

    body aches

    fever

    head ache

    sores that break open

    sores that crust over

    or HPV is those are not blisters?
