Could this be herpes? Please help! I'm scared to death.

I've been with my partner for 6 years now. I never had any outbreak or sores in the past. I noticed this pimple-like bump a week ago and until now it still looks the same. there's only one. It only hurts if I touch it or friction from underwear. It doesn't sting or itch down there. i also had lots of white liquid discharge, but I always do especially after or before period. I also had muscle aches and sore legs but no swollen lymph nodes. i don't have flu like symptoms.

please help me. couldn't stop thinking about it. it's hard to get checked because of covid. googling it just made it worse.

by the looks of it it does not appear to be herpes. is that the only bump you currently notice?

although I can understand your fear based on what I see everything will be okay cause I'm positive it's either a boil or ingrown hair.

thank you for reassuring me. though I still would want to get checked because I feel sore legs and buttocks, lower back pains and tingling hands and feet. sometimes itchy legs too. I don't honestly know if this could also be due to anxiety and stress. Well I really hope it's nothing cause I don't know what to do.

hi, sorry to bother again. This is how it looks now. I only saw blood stain on my underwear. I think it popped after running. what do you think?
