Could this be HPV?

3 years ago I had a partner who later found out he had HPV. A few months after we broke it off, I found two little clusters just under the vaginal opening, but I couldn't be sure what it was. I rushed to my doctor and asked for tests just in case, the doctor didn't say anything about the smaller clusters I had, and the tests they took were for other STI/STDs, later I found out that I should've asked for a PAP smear. The tests they took came back all negative and the bloodwork was normal.

At some point those clusters disappeared and have been gone for almost a year and a half now.

During this recent week I noticed that one side in my vagina feels a little different. The pictures I attached are what I found, the first picture is one side and looks to me like a normal vaginal wall, the other side however has a big cluster of something. The cluster is NOT painful, itchy, bleeding, or causing any discomfort at all. It is soft like the other tissue in there, but maybe a bit more numb if I squeeze it. Also it is not in the place where the first two clusters were, the first ones were not so deep, but hidden behind the first "fold" so to say.

I know I need to go see a doctor, however right now I don't have insurance and can't afford it, soonest I can get it is in July.

Until then could someone offer me any advice, whether you've seen similar growths, any other info whatsoever, or if even theres a way to prevent it from growing until I can go to a doctor.

Thank you.

Possibly, I have a couple warts and they feel numb also, but no real pain or itching. Would try to see a doctor when you can as they often don't heal on their own but it usually isn't that serious.
