I've been having sex with my current partner for about two months. When we first started dating, he told me he had HPV about four years ago and may still have it. I have genital herpes but this breakout doesn't look like herpes (though it does feel like it.) No pictures of genital warts that I've seen online really look like this but I'm still wondering if that could be the case.

Photo shows an anal skin tag. Is this what you're referring to? They are often a 'reminder' of haemorrhoids in the recent past. If your partner's history of warts is accurate, have you considered being vaccinated for HPV?
