ive had this for years but im just wondering if its HpV , Vp or something else. there has been no spreading just this finger like things . this is the only area with this , other than that everything else looks normal. its not itchy either. please help.

Unfortunately, I can't see anything there, but if it's been there for years and is consistent, then it's not dangerous.
