i have this white tiny spots going on at the edge of my lips

They are vividly shown especially when i stretch my lips.

I dont feel any pain or itchiness tho.

i haven't kissed or had oral sex more than a year but i noticed these spots just about a month or two ago.

should i see a doctor?image

    the ones on the lips are fordyce the other looks like a pimple

      just oil under the skin usually they occur if your lips have been dry they start over producing oil
