Could this be LPR??

Ok firstly hello everyone i hope you are all as well as can be. I will start by saying i am a 29 year old male. Slightly over weight. I do not drink alcohol at all for over 4 years and i do not smoke etc. so ive been having this neck pain that started around 6 months ago and comes and goes, some days I feel nothing at all and others it’s very noticeable however these more noticeable days are after a bad previous day / night of acid reflux which I take medication for, this pain very first started after a bad cold and it was severe if I sneezed or coughed even yawned, it felt like my neck would explode and only on the right side. It didn’t feel and doesn’t feel like it’s in my throat it feels deeper than that almost like it’s behind my tonsil area further / deeper into my neck, gradually the pain eased off with sneezing etc to the point now I only notice it if I think about it however I have started noticing other symptoms, I can wake up on a night with only the right side of my throat extremely dry, again this isn’t the back of my throat it’s like down my wind pipe a bit if that makes sense, back right hand side and down just where you can’t see in a mirror and this causes a tickly cough, I will drink some water which after a few sips will make the dryness go away, the tickle in my throat has got worse and it definitely becomes more apparent if I lay flat on my back, i can go all day with only a couple of tickle fits lol but the second I lay on my back it literally feels like someone is tickling thr right hand side of my throat with a feather which makes me cough, when I cough the tickle will go away for a short time but then I get a Strange sensation in my right ear almost like a slight tickle / tingly feeling but again this feels like it’s deep inside my ear canal. The pain in my neck I can physically make worse by touching it, it’s above my Adam’s apple right hand side and further back, for me to actually touch it I need to turn my head all the way to the left it almost feels like I’m touching a strained muscle and if I press it with some pressure it sends a sharp shooting pain into my right ear which stops the second I let go. My hearing is fine. I do suffer massively with health anxiety which I take medication for, I also suffer from acid reflux disease for which I’m prescribed omoprazole however I don’t take often due to the side effects, I suffer from hay fever terribly and I also have a deviated septum which causes a lot of post nasal drip. I have been to the doctor twice who has examined my neck thoroughly by feeling and making me swallow fluids whilst feeling areas of my neck to which both doctors said felt perfectly normal. I have had blood tests which came back as all clear and also a thyroid check which came back as perfect. They also checked my ear canal and stated I had one of the clearest they had seen which is a good sign. I’m struggling now as I can’t get the thought of throat cancer out of my head but this does not feel like it’s in my throat it feels deep in the right side of my neck, I have no lumpsor anything and no sores in my mouth etc, no weight loss in fact I’ve put weight on and trying to lose it, the cough is not persistent and no blood just due to the tickle, Could this be to do with my acid reflux? The closest thing I have found online is laryngeal reflux. Any help is greatly appreciated
