Could this be more than a hemorrhoid?

For the past year I have had changes in bowel movements , color and texture. It started with pelvic pain and constipation (orange stools) for a week. I have tried an enema at the time, however, hours later after the enema I passed lots of yellow liquid (not sure what it is) and blood in the toilet (picture attached). The pelvic pain subsided, however, from then I have had lots of yellow and sometimes orange slimy and thick pieces of mucus in my stool as well as bouts of diarrhea and constipation. I went for a colonoscopy and they only found a hemorrhoid. could this be the case? image
