could this be my liver?

i've been having pain in my right side under my ribcage its tender to touch and having tenderness in my back along with headaches and irriablitity i've search liver diease and i keep reading that if something is wrong with you liver you'd have headaches and pain in your upper right side,but i don't seem to have any of the other symtoms what also scared me about thinking its my liver is because i drink not every day but i do on fridays and sats i guess you call that binge drinking and i'm over weight so i read that over weight people who drink r more suspises of liver problem like fatty liver im worried i don't know whats going on i just need some answer yes im planning on calling the doctor and talking to her about all this i just trying to get some piece of mind could this be my liver or something else im 31 female 160 pounds and a drinker but i do not drink everyday please any answers would help

    Hey Cassie,

    Given the fact it's that area that's tender to the touch and painful, it could be the liver, but on the other hand could be a lot of other things.

    Have you been sick much, or when you have been was your vomit dark at all, like tar? Same question about your stools, anything tar looking?

    Whatever the answers are, I would go to your Doc asap anyway to get blood tests done.

      nope i've not been feeling sick or vomiting or any of that i feel pretty healthy my stools are normal colorĀ  and everything seems to be ok i plan to go the doctor after my daughter has her surgrey i know it could be anything is like gallbladder or something it hurts more in my back then anything tho
