Hi!

So about 2 weeks ago I noticed my body started to feel very fatigue, simply walking up steps would make me feel out of breath. About a day or 2 later I had started to get pain in my right side/back. I have also been running a low grade fever which has come and gone over the weeks and have had some nausea. The pain came and went for those 2 weeks never being to severe. Suddenly about 2 days ago the pain has been worse and very sharp. It occasionally spreads to the left side of my abdomen and back but mostly is sticking to the right side. Also in my chest between my ribs, about 5-6 inches up from my belly button is experiencing pain to.

I have gone to the doctors and a urine test has ruled out and kidney issues.

Could this be pancreatitis? Please help!

Oh yeah I am a 20 year old girl who lives a pretty healthy-ish lifestyle. Doctors also tried to suggest lactose intolerant but that was not the issue

    Hi alexis

I will keep this brief the symptoms you show point to your gallbladder. I have read many forums and pages on the pancreas and that normally present left side pain.

Normal tests needed if you are still concerned

    Amylase test

    Faecal elastase test

    2 starting points

    Hope this helps

I have chronic pancreatitis and I feel pain on the right side mostly. I have some fatigue, but no fever or shortness of breath and no nausea. I often feel bloated and that makes it hard to bend over. No two with this disease are alike and it's hard for doctors to diagnose. Good luck, I hope it's not pancreatitis.
