Could this be prolapse of uterus / pic included

Hi, after reading through some of the discussions I think this could be a uterus prolapse. I have also got a bigger lump on my uterus wall but is unsure if the lump is from the prolapse or under the tissues on uterus. I have had a few swabs taken it’s not an infection or warts or HPV however I am positive for HPV. The lumps you can see in picture are actully skin colour it’s just the lighting that’s made them like this . am booked in for an urgent vagina ultrasound. i’m 38 I have quite a few symptoms periods all over the place, pain after intercourse, pain in pelvis, bad spasm pain in lower back , discharge, urine infections that are very bad on strong antibiotics . very constipated. Thanks
