Could this be something else?

Hi, sorry if this post is quite long and if I'm graphic in describing my symptoms, I'm just desperate for an answer .
Starting May this year I've been having gastro symptoms. It just started as some mild cramping pain in the lower abdomen and needing to pass stools more frequently. I thought it might be IBS and told myself it would pass. By July I was needing to pass stools up to ten times a day; alternating between diahoerra and constipation, regulary feeling nauseous and the lower abdominal pain a lot worse. I went to my GP who took some blood, blood tests came back positive for coeliac disease. I was surprised at this as my symptoms didn't seem to be linked to what I ate; the pain didn't get worse if I ate something like bread or pasta etc. My GP sent me for an upper endoscopy to confirm Coeliac disease, but the biopsy results came back normal. I was careful to keep eating gluten before the endoscopy.
My GP remains convinced that I have Coeliac disease and sent me for a repeat upper endoscopy. Following both endoscopies the doctors carrying them out have said that my stomach and duodenum look normal and 'don't look like Coeliac disease'. I'm currently awaiting the biopsy results from the second endoscopy.
Since the last endoscopy two weeks ago I've been on a gluten free diet. I've been careful with what I eat and check food labels to make sure I don't eat even a small amount of gluten. Today I've felt awful, nauseous, bloated, lower abdominal pain, bowel movements every hour. I don't understand as all I've eaten today is a yogurt, some fruit and some (gluten free) cereal; I've only had water to drink. Bad days like these just seem to appear out of the blue. Could it be something else? I'm very worried because it's been going on for so long and my symptoms seem to be getting steadily worse instead of better.Thank you

Hi the positive blood test and negative endoscopy don't add up !!?? So I don't know what to say about that as it's usually the other way round.
Your other signs and symptoms point to milk......which can be the norm for a lot of newly diagnosed coeliacs until a gf diet has been followed for a while and things repair then milk can be tolerated again

Lactose intolerance can be linked to coeliac disease sometimes, i'd try cutting out dairy too and see if you improve!
