Could this have been a seizure? And could it be linked to my Crohns?

I have Crohns Disease and sometimes suddenly get overcome by pain. This happened today, I was in extreme pain then all of a sudden I became very faint, hit the floor and started shaking vilolently and apparantly was rolling my eyes, I didn't lose consiousness completely though, I could still see and hear people just couldn't respond to them. This lasted about 10 mins then passed and I was just left in pain. This has happened twice before but I just ignored it however I'm a bit worried about it now. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks.

Hi, please go to your doctor's, if  this happens when you're out you'll be incredibly vulnerable.

I've no idea if it's linked to your Crohn's, could be your body responding to the pain with a massive adrenalin rush, but please get it checked out!

Depends on a lot of things like if your malnourished, anaemic on pain meds or other meds all of which can play a part bowel cramps can be intense I had one that made me pass out, the significant factor was that I'd not yet had breakfast, ran very quickly to make it to the toilet and was on pain meds, normally I wouldn't be that bad with the pain, hopefully the doctor will give you a full mot make sure you have a think about your symptoms/ meds anything that's changed gook luck x
