Did two searches this a.m. First for the aquablation doctors for prostate resection, then a search for patient fourms discussing this surgery. Found many doctors in major cities. However, the forum search yielded results related to prostate cancer.

There have been a few reports on this forum, but they are probably embedded within a long REZUM thread. I have also seen a few reports from the UK while searching.
There has been little experience with this procedure and - unlike Holep or Turp - the tissue is not removed for histology tests.
It would be interesting to know if the surgeons you found have performed a significant number of these procedures.

Steve there are problem with bleeding with this procedure. It is just another way of doing a Turp.
If you have any concerns about retro there is no way to a just the jet. You will have retro after they say it does not happen that much but it does

i had it 3 years ago here in the uk i was very hopeful, but im afraid it did nothing for me and now im worse.
