Couldn't move my arm earlier, scared

About an hour ago, my right arm stopped working. I wasn't doing anything strenuous, just up and about doing things in the kitchen, and suddenly my right arm dropped and wouldn't move. This lasted a few seconds, then it started shaking, and then I was able to move it again. I have no idea what just happened and I'm afraid of it happening again. I very nearly called an ambulance because I thought it was a stroke.

I'm female, 30 years old, and I had my booster dose of the coronavirus vaccine (Pfizer) on the 15th. No other part of my body was affected at the time. I haven't lost control of my arm again since but it still doesn't feel right.

It happened again last night. I woke up and my right arm was violently twisting inwards. I've phoned my GP but he says he 'doesn't think it's anything to worry about'. I'm due for blood tests but I'm still scared, and I'm even more scared that my GP's being so cavalier about it.

I had soup a day before this started and the tin was dented. What if it's botulism? What if this never goes away and I can't work anymore?
