Counting down 3 days to my laparotomy surgery to remove a dermoid cyst

Hi all - I'll have my surgery this Friday to remove a 12x10x8 dermoid cyst. Needless to say I'm anxious - mostly worried about the possibility of cancer as you'll only know after they perform a pathology. Also worried about recovering from laparotomy as it's a more invasive procedure. I would appreciate it if anyone can share some positive stories and positive vibes to my way. Thank you very much!

    Sending good thoughts your way! Just hang in there and try to think positively as it's out of your control. It will be so nice to have the surgery over with!
