hi can somone clarify hi my son has just recovered from covid and is due to end selfisolation i have know devloped covid does he know have to isolate again any help greatlly appreciated

I had symptoms starting around July 15th, tested positive July 20th, and tested negative July 26th.
In general I think you must wait either 10 days after first symptoms or first tested positive before may consider self no longer contagious.
I don't think it matters that he gave it to you as far as that 10 day timeline. In other words, you now have your own timeline where you will be contagious but it doesn't affect his timeline.
