CPAP not helping me?

Posted , 2 users are following.

I'm a 23 year old female, diagnosed with mild sleep apnea in August 2016. I've faithfully worn my CPAP every night. I am very used to it although it leaves nasty marks on my face.

I've noticed for the past few months that I am extremely fatigued during the day, sometimes right when I wake up in the morning. I know for sure that my mask fits and no leaking of air.

WHYYY am I still so tired? I feel foggy 24/7, scared to drive because of it, and very forgetful at times. Please help!

I think you must change the mask, try something different and better. Also you can see your doctor I am pretty sure that will help you more easilly and in more proffesional ways then we do. Here are just opinions.

Hi John, thanks for the quick reply! I just was fitted for a new mask last week so hopefully that will help! My doctor was the one who recommended that. I am also going to get blood work tomorrow to make sure everything is okay.
