CPPS and discharge

New to this group. I've struggled with symptoms of CCPS for many years but I've managed by having regular (meaning every day, more or less) ejaculations. About a year ago I was diagnosed with CCPS after a month of abstinence due to epididymitis. When abstinent I get this whiteish/colorless discharge when urinating, every once in a while. Usually a couple of times a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Is this a common experience?
