When did you first notice this? What age are you?
Can you get a clear photo of this looking down onto the front of the head of your penis

Hi so I'm 20
Didn't know about hygiene until a few weeks ago, slowly retracting the foreskin to find smegma and making sure i can stretch my foreskin more as slowly as possible.
hope these pictures help !

Okay then, when were you first able to expose the entire head / glans of your penis: was this just recently you mean, or longer ago than that?
To help remove the smegma you may find it helpful to apply something like baby oil to the head of your penis, then very carefully move your fingertips backwards and forwards across where the smegma is.
Liquid Coconut Oil is more 'skin friendly' to the skin on the head of the penis so it is better if you can use it instead of the baby oil.
Do this for about 2 or 3 minutes a day until the smegma is cleared, then wash with warm water only and fully dry with a towel that ONLY you use.

I haven't been able to expose the entire head as yet, going slowly right now but i did clean the smegma and will continue to as i make more progress.
This is how the glands look now,.

Have you any information on what stretches you need to be doing, there is one excellent source of information on this if you use the following search terms (I am unable to post external web addresses or links):

As with the cleaning, you should never try to do anything in desperation, steady progress is the way to go rather than trying to force a major change. Stretches are best done following a warm shower, NEVER use hot water on the head of your penis.

If you have any other issues then update as they occur, otherwise please update in 3 to 4 months time .......
