Cracked and Bleeding hands

I have very dry hands and am solving the issue using an otc moisturizer. Sometimes, I am unable to moisturize or forget and cracks develop and bleed. My question may be random but, have there been recorded cases of necrotizing fasciitis occurring through a strep or staph infection through the cracks in chapped hands? Given a healthy immune system with no suppressive diseases, what is the probability of developing necrotizing fasciitis through my cracked hands?
