Cracked Dry Penis Skin Help Please

Hello everyone !

As you will see with the photo my penis skin is cracked and dry especially the foreskin .

When I was yonger i praticed prone masturbation for about 4 years wich i really do think that it damaged my penis skin . I am really worried about its apparence and what girls are going to think about it . I plan to apply aquaphor on it and to let it rest for about 1 month .

Does the skin look destroyed and ruin to you or I am panicking for nothing ??

    Are you circumcised?

    Maybe this is just friction results or a very mild eczema.

    The best thing you could do is let the penis and its skin rest

      Sorry if I answer late, anyway, your condition looks like a kind eczema, in my opinion, but I'm not a doctor. You should visit a dermatologist that should be expert too in genital skin problems.

      If your situation is an eczema or a kind of lichen planus, but mild, it could be left alone, it could heal itself without proper cures, if not, you could use a steroid cream.

      Since I'm not a doctor, I suggest you to visit a dermatologist, because if its something else, like fungal or something similar, the cure could be different.
