Iv'e noticed that my heels cracked and the skin on the bottom of my feet is peeling off. Is this part of the PsA or is it something else? I have found stuff on the internet that says it is, but what is everyone elses experience with this?

Sounds like it could be psoriasis.   Have you seen a dermatologist?   my Dad had terrible psoriasis and his would crack and be very dry at times and at other times it would even bleed.  I don't have the skin problem but do have the PsA

Cracked heels happen for any number of reasons. I wouldn't think it would be associated with PsA.  I have PsA but not the skin issue [except for the ridges in my fingernails, which techinically is skin]. I don't have cracked heels.

I would think a dermatologist would be the way to go.

I have palmar plantar pustulosis which is a form of psoriasis. I ignored my cracked and peeling feet (I do not have PsA); I chalked it up to winter and dryness-- MISTAKE! It worsened and I went to a GP who diagnosed athelete's foot and prescribed over the counter anti fungals. I live in the US so at that time I did not have insurance. I used anti fungals for months until the pain, redness and scaling became so bad that I paid to see a dermatologist. By that time my ppp was so bad that they put me on methetrexate. I now have insurance but only because, sadly, my ppp has become so bad I am now on disability. Point of this reply: See a dermatologist ASAP! Palmar plantar pustulosis can be extremely serious; the sooner you start treatment the better off you are (if this is what you have).
