Cracked skin and pain

Hello everyone I'm Evan and in 23 years old, I can't say that I've ever suffered with any kind of skin condition before and my hygiene is pretty high so this is kind of an anomaly for me.

It won't let me upload an image so I will do my best to describe what it looks like.

The skin around the area is pretty dry, white/yellowish colour with a massive split in the middle. It's on both of my big facing inwards towards each other.

I have tried moisturizing it but that seems to do no good.

It's getting particularly painful so I was just wondering if there was any advice to be offered?

    Have you tried flexitol heel balm? Or any foot cream that contains urea?

      Just looked on the ingredients of the two that I've tried and that's no on the Urea and I can't say I've heard of Flexitol
