cracked tooth

what causes a cracked tooth after a filling has fallen out?  what would be the main cause of the tooth cracking if the filling cannot be done over again in the same exact spot?  does anyone know?  can someone please tell me.  thank you.

    Then you need to refill it again. I had the same problem then Dr William has given a good treatment for my cracked tooth.

      but if they need to refill it again wont that make the hole deeper thus get closer to the nerve???????????????  rsvp
