Crackling noise in the ear and dizziness.

Several times a day in the last week, I have experienced a light crackling noise in my left ear and straight away felt dizzy as if I'm going to faint.  Can anyone tell me what it could be . Thanks

    I might be an ear infection.  I would suggest you see your GP.  You could phone the NHS 111 number instead, i've found this number useful before.  A doctor or nurse can call you back and you can discuss your symptoms.

    after reading your post it could like a slit piece of wax rolling around in your ear that then makes you feel really dizzy and faint because it would be moving around near your ear drum maybe but a doctor could have a great look around and maybe even suggest a ear rinse so good luck with everything and I hope you feel better soon
