I have many small fibroids and I don't seem to have much bother from them except the very heavy monthly bleeding with clots. No cramps.

Hi jerry, yes fibroids can be a pain and can become inflammed. I was given exercises to do to help reduce the pain.  Pain & cramps were both an issue with me, but once I started the exercises the pain & cramping subsided.

Excellent thank you for that. The pain is not sore it just feels like small niggles and kind of regular but as with lots of things it is in my head and waiting for it to happen will ease from head when I get it checked out.

      Thank u again X
