hi. I still have period cramps almost a week after it ended. what should I do?********

there is a product called cramp champ on Amazon for muscle cramps..my girlfriends sister uses it for menstrual cramps..nothing works for her from the store or a doctor perscription. She said that if she uses cramp champ it will make her cramps go away for the whole day
