Crazy feelings when i close my eyes or fall asleep.

A few weeks i had listened meditation music online, this music was about releasing DMT in to your brain.

I listened to it and soon later i got green visual static in my eyes!

I became dizzy like the world was tilting and i couldn't sleep anymore because of the fear.

After a hour i did fall asleep but the next day i got weird tunnel vision and the whole world felt fake.

Everyone felt weird and my brain felt messed up, I get weird pressures and pinching in my forehead aswell.

I felt like my brain was exploding and i feel like i zoom out of my body.

I had a lot panic attacks.

To this day i still feel weird, i feel unstable and the world feels like its tilting.

I can't sleep because if close my eyes weird things starts to happen.

1 If i close my eyes my head feels empty and lightheaded.

2 Scary realistic images like seeing places while my eyes are closed.

3 When i open my eyes the whole room is shaking or vibrating for 20 seconds or so.

4 Thoughts are too realistic.

5 I hear loud voices of my thoughts for a few seconds.

6 I feel weird in my head like i'm about to pass out.

7 Intense anxiety out of nowhere.

8 I get so scared of these feelings that i wake up.

9 My eyes even when awake feel like i'm in REM sleep, i cant focus on something or i become dizzy.

After awhile i do fall asleep but after i'm awake i can't sleep anymore.

I feel like i'm in a dream while awake and reality sometimes scares me.

I also feel unstable and when i walk, i feel like i get sucked back or zoom out or zoom in.

When something is moving my body feels like its moving with it!

Can someone explain what it is?

Is it anxiety, vertigo or is it the DMT that change my brain for ever?

I never listen to that song anymore, but i still feel the effects it gave me.

Sometimes i feel it without fear, will it ever go away?

But when i'm distracted it usually will go away after awhile.

Walking and sleeping are the hardest things to do, so what should i do?
