Morning everyone, how many of you like me are really stiff, creaky and in nasty pain first thing in the mornings ? After a few hours I loosen up and it's not too bad but first thing is awful - have any of you got any tips on supplements that actually work ? I have tried all sorts but would be grateful to anyone who has actually found relief from anything inparticular, thanks.

Yes, I had that for a couple of years but happily it's passed now. There is light at the end of the tunnel! X

I was really bad in the mornings but take multi vits for over 50's in and it seems to have done the job for me x

I get that too every now and then. You can try magnesium supplements or magnesium oil to help off set joint pain. There is also a product called "Move Free" which has glucosamine in it which helps relieve stiffness. See which one works best.
