Creamy white stuff at the back and sides of my tongue and bumps at the side of my tongue

imageI have Creamy white stuff at the back of my tongue for months now I can brush it off but after a few hours it grows back,I also have red bumps at the side of my tongue and a painful bump or sore on the left part of my tongue.Its big and its been there for months not healing at all,I can't brush it because it pains.I'm 16 and I don't smoke or drink so hopefully its not Oral cancer.What do you think I have and should I go to a doctor.imageimage
