Crease/Line between ear and face. Help

Noticed in the mirror this morning on both ears but even more so on my left, a crease/line? It hasn't been here previously. Its between where my ear lobe connects to the rest of my face and has not ever been like that. Suddenly appeared today. I thought it might be due to a spot maybe causing the skin to fold inwards but there isn't one. Anyone any idea on what this, if it'll go, and how to get rid of it? Thanks.
