Cremaster Muscle Release surgery UK?

Hi All

I'm really interested to know if anyone has had cremaster muscle release surgery in the UK. I'm trying to find a Urologist that performs this surgery. I've suffered from a hyperactive cremaster muscle for 12 years now and gave up looking into this some years ago when a doctor told me such a surgery didn't exist and I didn't need a doctor, I needed a psychiatrist as 'it was all in my head'.

A private urologist I paid to see told me to simply 'stop doing the activities that aggravate it'. Helpful. That was about 9 years ago.

I've seen some posts on some forums here and have come across articles detailing the procedure but not anyone linked to actually performing it. The only person that comes up on a search is Dr Kavoussi in Austin Texas, which is quite far away.

It's a revelation that the procedure exists and could finally resolve my issue, so any info would be hugely appreciated.
