Crippling anxiety desperate for help.

I have suffered anxiety for as long as I can remember, it's got worse and worse as I've grown older.
I cannot leave my house 9/10 times I try. I've tried negation, meditation. All the drugs the doctors throw.
I've lost 4,5 stone in 6 months.
I hardly seee my children because I can't take them anywhere.
I'm a really nice person i swear, this sickness has such a grip. Death is on the cards.
Local mental health support have ignored all contact, and I can't afford private.
Please help before I lose everything

Just want my life back, feel completely excluded from the world. Like it's me and you guys. Maybe I am insane.
Thus is a serious post, I literally would owe my life to anyone who can't help me fight off this depression that's taken hold of me.
Thanks, Tom

For me I’ve been bad for a year now

When I was 16 I was given fluoxetine (I believe a different name for Prozac)
I took this for two years, then force stopped cold turkey.
I’m a strong believe in mind healing over medication.
Although recently I was given alpralozam (Xanax) within a week or two I was full blown addicted. 6 months later I realised I had a problem and stopped. But when I took those Xanax, that was the only time (I felt anyway) that mind was clear. This issue has haunted me since my teens. I don’t know when or why it started, but seems to only be getting worse. I metaly cannot take it any longer

Anxiety can do some very irrational things to us. However the way you explain yourself you are NOT GOING TO DIE. So you have nothing to worry about.
You need aversion therapy and your GP should be able to help with that. If you have Agoraphobia or similar All I can suggest you try and go to the door go outside lock and stand on the pathway then walk back to the door, next time open the gate onto the footpath, close the gate etc, allowing the distance to get more and more. Hopefully you will gain confidence and will be able to get on with your life
When you feel frightened etc there are breathing techniques that can help you keep control of your breathing.
If you look up on site Relaxation Technique, Mindfulness, that system gives various coping techniques to help you.
Good Luck, always generally around
